George Lusenga heads up the GHR sales team. He started his career at Nampak, progressing through the ranks before being promoted to senior sales executive in 2000. At Nampak he gained invaluable experience in the quality control division which stands him in good stead when it comes to determining quality standards and ensuring GHR delivers good quality product to the market. Having spent time in the plant adds to his unique ability to understand the balance between production, quality, sales and customer service.

Before joining GHR, George was responsible for the sales function at Nampak calling on most of the major food chains throughout the country.

George has over 25 years’ experience in the packaging industry and has built up strong relationships with many blue-chip clients over the years.

He is assisted by a dedicated team of well qualified and experienced sales and support staff who source and sell plastic bottles and caps and aluminium closures.

Henry Seegers is responsible for the Maintenance and Manufacturing division supported by qualified staff. He has been involved in the capping industry for the past 31 years. He has worked on all major bottling plants based in South Africa and the rest of Africa. He was directly involved in the setup of the Nestle water bottling plants and commissioning of their bottling machines and adapting the closure suit. He assisted Coca Cola with their switch from the metal closure to the plastic cap and their recent change over from the 1810 closure to the 1881 closure, also known as the “super shorty”. He recently worked on the new sports cap for Energade and Powerade products as well as with Clover on their Tropica plastic cap. He had extensive training from Bericap Germany in the application and use of 1881 super shorty for capping. He has vast experience on both plastic and aluminium closures
